Do not try to sell all of the VDGM products on one website to try to duplicate my full package of 10 by only adding two on each page. This is not ok. This means that you may not have a webpage that lists all 10 VDGM products on it even if each product has its own payment link to all be purchased separately, or by listing them 2 on a page and daisy chining the pages together. These rights are not for you to try to duplicate my package and advertise it as "The Video Disk Gold Mine Products" The rights are for you to sell the individual products under their own names, or anything new name you give them.  Full websites and sales letters are included for this purpose. Additional terms: You may not copy even one sentence from the sales letter or terms pages located at VideoDiskGoldMine.com- All the VDGoldMine v1 products come with sales letters, do not "steal" ours.   You may not use the trademarked names: VideoDiskGoldMine.com, VDGM, VDGoldMine or any other term referencing our sites name in your marketing efforts when you resell any of the VideoDiskGoldMine products as your own. you may also not use the name Jeremy Burns in your marketing efforts when reselling these products..  You may only use these names when promoting VDGM through your affiliate link when driving traffic directly to our website. We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the resell license of anyone that breaks any of these terms and will seek damages legally against anyone breaking any of these terms

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any part of this agreement, you have the right to do just about anything else with the products contained in this package, including but not limited to:

1. Rebrand the products under a different name listing yourself or your company as the author.
2. Resell, repackage, reprint in any physical form and price the products any way you like.
3. Resell any of your rights or sub-set thereof for any price you like.

Support Is Included: This package is sold with full support for a period of one year after the launch of VDGM v1. We have provided you with simple instructions and all the resources you need to succeed in each package including over 3 hours of video training to help you setup your reseller websites.  We will also offer full support after your purchase. We will also offer support to all of the customers that you sell the products to or license the rights to on an ongoing basis through our support forum for a period of one year after the launch date of VDGM v1.

It will be your responsibility to set up any web pages, sales letters and payment links to any of the products that you decide to resell.
